Nose
It has a soft floral nose on loads of straw. Lemongrass and flowers in the field.
Mouth/Palate
It arrives very softly, but still punchy. The spices speak first, followed by loads of sweet fruits, juicy and full. Icing sugar, nuts and some oak make it a complete picture.
Finish
The finish is rather long and spicy.
