Nose
Fresh and summery, and slightly mealy. Honey, candied orange peels, crystallized pineapple, melon, grass, white tea, and lemon drops. There’s a dense floral note in there too, sort of potpourri-ish. Toffee, vanilla, and milk chocolate. A hint of salt. Slightly savoury and nutty, roasted peanuts maybe

Mouth/Palate
Medium-light texture. Arrives nutty and honeyed, then grass and barley sugar. Lemon (Pledge), herbs, and… chicken broth? Balanced tannic notes of oak, leather, and black tea, rounding off back into honey, walnuts, and peanuts. A dribble of water didn’t change much, beyond adding some more perfumed coconut-type notes.

Finish
Light but fairly full. Honey, cereals, green wood, cantaloupe, pineapple, lime Mike & Ikes, and sunflower seeds.
