Nose
Wow a dense rich very fruity nose, with a certain oldness, and earthiness (potatoes, light ginseng, roasted chestnuts) that are very enjoyable. Black grapes, plums, Li Hing Mui, sugarcane.
Mouth/Palate
Unique. It's juicy, yet there's a cola-like quality to this - combination Dr. Pepper and Welch's grape soda. There's some sherry here but it plays more of a supportive role. Mouthfeel is a bit thin.
Finish
Not enough oomph here. I wish it lasts for a while, but no. No off-flavors.
