Nose
The first thing for me is vanilla and dry wood. Even in the direction of sawdust. A mixture of freshly mown grass and hay. A dried peach is hidden far in the back. Ginger and peppermint. The wood is already very dominant. With a little time in the glass, it stays dusty and a touch of creaminess is retained.
Mouth/Palate
Strong, spicy start. Ginger and a sedate, creamy note. Nevertheless it is dusty and brings a nutty bitterness with it. Goes well towards walnut. The mint also mixes in again.
Finish
Medium length. Dry, nutty, a little mint and again subliminally buttery.
