Quite shy at first, a little sweet citrus, grape skins, vanilla cream pastries, some light caramel
Mouth/Palate
Oriental spices, star anise and Szechuan pepper, fresh currents, gentle citrus, and a hint of oak
Finish
Good length, warming gingery syrup, more spice, at the end the sweetness fades to off dry
