Nose
fruit in wood smoke. Dried orange slices, lime zest and mountain peach. Also mix in sultanas. In addition to the wood smoke, some cinnamon, pastries, leather and cigar box are noticeable.
Mouth/Palate
Slightly oily at first, becoming drier later. The dried fruits on the nose are reserved, but nuts, malt and again the wooden aromas come in. Complement leather, coffee and oak.
Finish
Medium to long, the oak lingers. Very creamy finish, stimulates salivation. With dry smoke, nuts and oak.
