Nose
Sweet herbs reminiscent of Ricola. Cherries, an aromatic oak and raisins. Cider, which already starts to smell fermented. There comes a lot together! The fermented aromas become clearer. The herbs leave with some time and make way for the large number of fruits. Banana, pear, grape. Gorgeous! Then the herbs come back and join them.
Mouth/Palate
Creamy and full. Apple and raisins. Sweet with great oak, which heralds a bittersweet. A hint of tobacco accompanies the chocolate and completes the palate completely.
Finish
A bittersweet note along with a chocolaty sweetness will stay there for a long time. Still eternally you can lick it from the cheeks.
