Nose
Duchess, fruit bowl, applesauce, cookies with orange zest. The smell of summer morning dew. Pear jam with orange. With water, it became a little sharp, alcoholic, but remained pleasant. The fruit tones receded.
Mouth/Palate
The taste is sweet, rich and fruity. I have the feeling that I had put on a fresh, just cut the Apple slice of warm Apple jam. It seems like a taste perversion, but I'm probably going to try it. With water, the taste also became more sharp, floral.
Finish
The aftertaste is sweet with a slight bitterness and acid, barely perceptible, and very gentle. With water, the aftertaste became a little spicy, sharp.
