Nose
Dry, slightly salty caramel. A trace of vinegar (not meant to be derogatory) and fermented blackberries. Now the chocolate is also asserting itself nicely here. More towards whole milk. In the background I find something like hazelnut liqueur. With a little time in the glass, the lovage slowly gets through. And this waxy note is getting thicker and thicker. I mean find out some rosemary. In addition, a pleasant, not intrusive moist tobacco note. Cherry is coming through nicely now. He gets creamy. Reminds me just a moment ago of Black Forest cherry pie. With more air, the colleague also appears more and more sedate. Leather is becoming increasingly clear. Marzipan opens up. In addition, warm plum jam. With even more half an hour more air, the soup bouillon cube comes through nicely.
Mouth/Palate
Tart and spicy start. Here, too, the creamy mouthfeel immediately. Set, dark fruit sweetness with a trace of dry tobacco. Almonds and slightly rancid oil. This one has something meaty. Juniper and slightly earthy. Just reminds me of a dark beer sauce for roasting. In addition, laurels. Ripe blackberries get their way with the second sip. Chocolate is now following suit. Has something of warm pudding with herbs.
Finish
Medium to long. Set sweetness. Very creamy. Subtle spice. And nice and chocolatey.
