Nose
The nose is full and gives its notes of Oloroso, wood and red fruits
Mouth/Palate
Everything you would expect from an oloroso that is neither too dry nor sweet. Cocoa, wood and fresh ripe grapes complete the picture.We find an almost perfect homogeneity typical of these assemblies, in my opinion the cask singles are less fortunate from this point of view, with more distinct characteristics.
Finish
Medium and pleasant, extending the mouth with light notes of balsamic vinegar.
