Nose
Pleasantly complex combo of dried fruits and nutty notes of hawthorn, hazelnut and tropical fruits, all oozing out in a subtle and orderly manner. A hint of perfect oiliness that make it lightly 'dirty', balance with with herbs leafy fragrant. Full, round, well aged from a huge butt.
Mouth/Palate
Melt in your mouth dried fruits mousse, sphere of wooden milk jar, non-sugar dark fruits jam, and nutty oak leads the palate to a great harmonize of natural flavours, gained after more than a quarter century of marriage of liquid and oak.
Finish
Long, solid and well integration of flavors, aged mellow texture, well manner. Soft coat of tannin and pepper at the tail.
