Nose
Lemon cake, whole fine citrus notes with some pastries, lemongrass on the coast, mineral freshness, but the typical Hazelburn tin bucket is rather well integrated and reserved, with water the whole thing turns into a super sweet, juicy lemon, recommended
Mouth/Palate
Powerful start with a lot of marzipan, in addition slightly astringent and mineral dryness, a lot of citrus-heavy spice, creamy over time but still tangy and sour, with water here too sweeter and less dry, but also spicier
Finish
Mineral, citrus-heavy, spicy, now surprisingly lovely, very pleasant and invites you to take the next sip, the finish becomes much fuller with water - also recommended here
