Nose
Immediately a nice sweetness comes in the nose. I like that very much. A little vanilla, some oak, a little bit of lemon cake. So no fresh lemon but more like a pastry.
Mouth/Palate
mild, light, fresh, fruity with a little oak. Very soft.
Finish
sparkling, sweet, a little oak, only hesitantly grow tart. Nice. A little bit mineral.
