A bit shy, the most exciting thing is how the smoke changes in intensity, from a very subtle background, as you have it with non-peated Tennessee whiskeys made from Charred American Oak, to medium-strength Islay blend, fresh nougat chunks, apricot, resin, banana chips, whiff Capers, lightly burnt brown sugar, cinnamon, marzipan, pine nuts, basil
