Nose
A little smoke, through which rises unripe melon, peach, yellow apple, duchess pear, dried apricots, which was dried on the smoke. Peking duck, and even linden.
Mouth/Palate
The taste is just as mild: all the yellow fruit rises through the smoke, including the pineapple, which was not there before.
Finish
The aftertaste is balanced: smoky fruit, smoky jam, smoky tea.
