Nose
In the aroma, the fruitiness has developed into ripe fruits with ripe, light fruits and white peach. Then there are also spicy herbal notes. Everything is backed with vanilla, herbs and some anise.
Mouth/Palate
The whisky has a powerful start and can tolerate a small sip of water. Then come fruity notes of ripe, juicy pears and sweet apples. The pears are also present with bitter-tart skins. The bourbon casks still bring enough vanilla, which ensures an elegant creaminess.
Finish
The aftertaste is determined by a nice spiciness, no musty notes of wood disturb it. The aftertaste convinces with real vanilla.
