Nose
The aroma of whiskey is very fruity, with hints of apricot, dried fruit, plums, Japanese vanilla, oak, caramel, raisins, as well as the nuances of honey shy.

Mouth/Palate
The taste of the whiskey slightly oily, moderately intense, sweet, fruity, with hints of dried fruit (prunes, figs, dates), apricot, oak, molasses, caramel and vanilla, with a brief smooth finish with hints of honey.

Finish
Whiskey can be used in pure form as a digestif, as well as coffee and fruit.
