Nose
Chong Shirley, who has experienced bottle aging, has a shadow of Macallan, mahogany furniture, strange woody fragrance, dull fruity taste, red jujube peel, black and red fruit preserves.

Mouth/Palate
Shirley disaster, I haven't had this kind of wine for a long time since I said goodbye to Wanwan and selected barrels. The tannins are rich and the flavor is tight. The overly sour berries and the frizzy wood show a slightly dark bitterness in the middle, but all kinds of flavors. Both were short-lived, nothing like a 16yo wine. Frizzy, oily, slightly sweet, more sour, very astringent, slightly bitter, no spicy, no alcohol, irritating.

Finish
Medium, nutty, slightly salty, rather bitter, shades of red fruit.
