Nose starts out perfumey with lavender soap. Light coastal notes appear with faint aromas of extra salted smoked bacon. The sherry delivers some classic notes to round it out.
Mouth/Palate
The palate delivers the classic sherry notes first before this gets salty and flowery.
Finish
The finish brings a silky salted chocolate with some peppered bacon. Then brings a flowery soapy mix.
