Nose
A tight, closed nose. He needs some time to breathe, then he sells flavors of sultanas, oranges and black pepper. A hint of smoke in the background. Through prolonged breathing aromas of vanilla and freshly baked cookies.
Mouth/Palate
Starts quite alcoholic with hints of caramel, plums, dark berries and some orange. Complex and intense. Delicious. When the alcohol is gone, flavors of fresh walnuts and chocolate open.
Finish
Long, intense finish with plenty of dried fruit and towards the end bitter wood. In the background a slight hint of fresh walnuts.
