Nose
Very well matured, fruity, spicy: waxy apple, pineapple and apricot, rum raisin, oak and flowers
Mouth/Palate
Strong peppery start. It was a little scary. But soon arrived the sweet fruits: apple and apricots.The strength, spice and intensity of the oak is excellent.Coconut, cinnamon, white chocolate, salted caramel.
Finish
Very long, creamy, fruity and spicy
Very well matured, fruity, spicy: waxy apple, pineapple and apricot, rum raisin, oak and flowers
