Nose

Mouth/Palate
Apricot, peach, honeydew melon all three everywhere, plus perfectly balanced fruit acidity that gives it a little freshness, but just so much that it doesn't make it look young, old cognac, lemon meringue, cumin, lemongrass, sweet ginger candies, subtle parchment notes and a little damp oak , Almond cookies

Finish
Macdamia, almonds, oak and light ginger, toffee, medium to long, the subtle fruit acid here and a hint of salt
