Nose
Light exotic fruits, sweet mellow sherry, caramel, a very fine hint of smoke, tart notes reminiscent of Mediterranean herbs.
Mouth/Palate
very sweet and intense, vanilla, light acidity, yellow ripe apples, aromatic notes, pineapple
Finish
very long - leftover remains in the mouth. A dry mouthfeel spreads, followed by oak. The oak here is not bitter, but rather restrained musty / woody. At the end, a short chemical bitterness comes up again, which forms a suitable conclusion for the finish.
