Nose
These are not typical law grades. Immediately you can smell the aromatic diversity of the wine barrels. Very fine and almost inconspicuous, it delivers a full range of floral and fruity as well as grassy and somewhat sour. Class !
Mouth/Palate
Full and full-bodied, it lets the muscles flex. Clear wine notes spread in the mind space. It is warm and creamy on the palate. Light chocolate with wonderful berry notes. Sweet and sour alternate. Done perfectly. Respect.
Finish
Medium to long with a peppery wood-tobacco combination, it slowly dries up and still provides a good warming blend of spices. I am impressed. If André shoots the one at YT, I'll be there "immediately".
