Nose
syrupy intense sweetness, cinnamon and cloves, fine delicious very delicate smoke, vanilla, citrus notes, green tea, jasmine flowers, complex acidity with fine spicy tannins
Mouth/Palate
mildly salty, slightly sweet - much less sweet than the intense sweet nose, strong spicy oaky tingling, iodine, cinnamon and sugar with cloves, cooling mints on the tongue, oily texture, beautiful complex oak, smoke only like a spice all the way edge
Finish
mild, spicy, fine slightly dusty oak, warming and cooling at the same time (mint)
