Nose
Very elegant, the wood influence is low, you can smell the new make spirits (pear drop, mashed barley), quite citrusy, lemonade, a touch of coconut and fresh cream. There are also wools or just hints of farminess.
Mouth/Palate
Citrusy and fruity, oak spices, ginger, not very sweet, salted caramel, orange liquor.
Finish
Medium, sweet and malty, citrus fruits.
