Nose
From the aroma, it was a monster class. It has a sweet aroma of prunes and raisins with an esthery, a mellow grapey brandy flavor, and a 60% alcohol stimulation, but it is not unpleasant, and it leaves with a minty freshness.
Mouth/Palate
The taste is rich sweetness of dried fruits, which changes to molasses sweetness as it rolls around in the mouth. The taste is not stimulated by alcohol, but rather a robust and calm umami flavor.
Finish
The lingering taste is long, and the fragrant sweetness of dried fruits spreads.
