Nose
Smoked ham, raisins, prunes, a mix of exotic spices, a well-polished old oak cupboard, a sea breeze and a faint hints of balsamic vinegar.
Mouth/Palate
Mild peat, prunes and raisins again, but also savoury, almost meaty notes that are difficult to describe, the balsamic vinegar is present as well as well as wood tannins and a minimal herbal touch.
Finish
Very long with dry, fruity and slightly spicy smoke.
