Nose
Evolving as expected from an old dram, complex and getting refine as time passes. Open up with white onion and intense vegetal character, heavy dose but soothing old wood. Prunes and ripe banana coming thru with burnt caramel coating. Water draw out soft liquorice and juicy tropical fruits.
Mouth/Palate
Wood dryness take centerstage, mint leaf, sweet raisin and lightly close. Splash of water enhance the sweet smokes.
Finish
Medium. Velvet smooth. Restraint bitter and waxy oak that evolve to jammy fruits, soft spiciness lingers.
