Nose
Peach, grapes, earth, conifers, almond, wood, strawberry, plum, multi-layered interwoven
Mouth/Palate
Soft, mild onset, sweetish grapes, wild strawberry, removes sour cherries, sorrel, some orange peel, sweet notes alternate with sour, for the age surprisingly little oak, but of course it is there. Surprisingly, the second take is stronger, the oak more dominant.

Oak, dry white wine, nutty with slight bitterness, but also sweet impressions show up, peach, delicately astringent, celery, apple peel, long
