Nose
The nose very friendly but not with much depth. It's very creamy on vanilla custard, butter cookies. Yes it is herbal too (sage), and flowery (lilly) and a tad citric.
Mouth/Palate
Still rather friendly and sweet, with a spicy edge but as a whole it is too friendly, or not offering enough. Vanilla milkshake, lemon balm, topping cherry, mango and banana. The wood has delivered a peppery edge.
Finish
As on the taste. Rather sweet and coating first, with this spicy edge at the end. Plenty of vanilla and candied fruit, with some pepper and ginger.
